Web vault client for the open source Bitwarden password manager. End-to-end encrypted, with browser extensions, mobile, and CLI clients sharing the same protocol.
Self-hostable via Bitwarden Server or the lightweight community-driven Vaultwarden.

Process
Challenge & solution
The challenge
Mobile traffic was outpacing desktop two-to-one, yet the existing experience was effectively unusable below 768px.
The solution
Modeled the entire pipeline as a single source of truth, then layered real-time UI on top so every team saw the same status.
