Self-hostable RSS feed aggregator written in PHP. Multi-user, fast, and works with the Google Reader API for third-party clients.
Lightweight enough to run on a Raspberry Pi alongside thousands of feeds.

Challenge & solution
The challenge
A vendor lock-in clause forced a tight ninety-day migration window with zero room for service interruption.
The solution
Replaced the manual exports with scheduled jobs and a clean reporting layer that updates the dashboard hourly.
