Challenge & solution
The challenge
Mobile traffic was outpacing desktop two-to-one, yet the existing experience was effectively unusable below 768px.
The solution
Rebuilt the front-end around mobile-first layouts, prefetching, and aggressive image optimisation — the new TTI is under one second.
